Bathroom Remodel in San Francisco
A full gut bathroom remodel was done on this bathroom to update the original look with all new fixtures and tile. We kept the clean, classic look by using white subway tiles on the walls with black pencil tile accents on the wainscoting. The floors received a contrasting black and white hex mosaic to accent the space. Simple but elegant chrome fixtures complete the look and add modern convenience and quality for years to come!

Kitchen Remodel in San Francisco
Just like most San Francisco single family homes, our client's kitchen was due for an upgrade. The kitchen was fully gutted and upgraded with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, backsplash tile, and floating shelves. Hardwood floors were added and refinished throughout the property to keep a seamless transition between rooms.

Spiral Staircase Installation in San Francisco
This spiral staircase was installed by Valex at our clients' house as part of a ground floor renovation. The upper and lower decks were constructed and the spiral staircase used to connect both levels. The kit doesn't take up as much space as traditional stairs would, so it's a great option to consider for both exterior and interior installations with space constrictions. And not to mention it's quite fun walking up and down these stairs!

Sometimes narrow spaces can still be utilized well. It was not possible to install a full sized shower in this area, so the customer elected to install a corner shower using an off the shelf shower pan, subway tile, matte black plumbing fixtures, and custom shower glass doors. A previously unused area properly utilized!

Our client's original kitchen was a bit outdated, with a few broken drawers and doors, outdated backsplash, aging appliances. Valex Construction was tasked with installing in-kind, high end kitchen cabinets with stainless steel Miele appliances. The counter depth fridge was intergrated into the cabinet design to have the built-in look. Result!

We didn't even have to modify the kitchen layout on this project, although it was taken into consideration. The simple addition of white shaker cabinets with contrasting, wood grain tile floors, made the kitchen have a completely new look and feel. It now seems more spacious, brighter, uncluttered, and of course, pleasing to the eyes.

Part 2 of the 1-1/2 Bathrooms remodeling project: The full and half baths to be remodeled were located right next to each other, but didn't have a straight wall separating them. We gutted both bathrooms and reframed a straight in-between interior wall. Both bathrooms were outfitted with the latest modern fixtures and tiles.
