Bathroom Remodel in San Francisco
Sometimes we come across some very interesting bathroom layouts. This original bathroom was a 'walk-through' bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and the garage. This resulted in the fixtures being located in awkward positions limiting the usable space. We fixed that by closing off the garage entry, relocating the toilet to the garage wall, expanding the custom shower, and updating all fixtures with modern units. The bathroom is now more spacious and hassle-free!

Bathroom Remodel in San Francisco
This original bathroom just needed a quick face lift to make it more usable, modern, and leak free. We can typically finish a cosmetic bathroom update just like this in 3-4 weeks including the necessary inspections. We do our best to minimize the time frame the project takes and accommodate all our clients' needs during the remodel. You are in good hands! Call us today for your free estimate!

Roofing & Siding Leak Repairs in San Francisco
A leak fixed! When we started an en suite bathroom remodel, we also had to address a progressive water damage in the bedroom that was pooling on the walls and ceiling. A quick inspection of the roof showed the weathered and warped siding that needed to be fixed to eliminate the leak. We fixed and sealed the siding with the roofing membrane, installed new flashing, and updated most of the roofing jacks. No more leaks for years to come!

This bathroom originally had an outdated jacuzzi tub which we converted into a curbed custom shower bathroom. Although the jacuzzi worked, it was rarely used, and getting in and out of tub was a daily hassle. Paired with the frameless shower glass doors, this bathroom is now more accessible, pleasing to the eye, and actually functional in the busy daily routine.

Kitchen Remodeling in Millbrae
This newly remodeled kitchen wasn't always this beautiful.. Just a few months ago there was a huge, old fireplace/stove combo between the kitchen and the living room. It took us over 10 truckloads just to haul away the old bricks! But no job is too difficult for Valex Construction. The old fireplace was replaced with this gorgeous kitchen and the owners are happier than ever. Another success!
