”We highly recommend Valex Construction. They did amazing work with remodeling our kitchen and two bathrooms. We had a tight 3 month timeline because we had a baby on the way and we needed to stick to the budget. Our job had several complexities, including moving a toilet, moving walls, relocating an exterior doorway, switching from a gas to an induction range, and navigating some tricky permitting issues with some old construction that had been done by the prior owners. Valex did an amazing job, and they were enjoyable to work with. Despite the tight timeline, they took the time to do things right and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We were able to move back in before the baby arrived and we're so excited to be in our new space. After the remodel, they checked in several times and offered to come back to touch up small details where we had feedback. Thanks for everything Konstantin & Val, I appreciate all of the hard work that you put into making our space into a home for our growing family.”

” We renovated our kitchen and bathroom in Outer Sunset with Valex Construction. It was pretty tough because we decided to do a renovation with a newborn thinking it would be easy (which it isn't!) but Konstantin and Val made it easier for us. They were very responsive, communicative, and really cared about our project. We decided to live in the construction after they finished our bathroom while they were wrapping up the kitchen, also not easy! But their team was really respectful of our needs. The quality of their work is amazing and their price is fair. I would use them again and highly recommend their team!”

”Konstantin and Val were amazing to work with. They provided advice on the project without being pushy and the workmanship was amazing. They were professional, considerate and prompt. The whole team was very skilled and knowledgeable; they kept the work areas clean and really did a fantastic job putting our design together. Since the project was being completed during the pandemic the team followed covid-19 protocols, and were accommodating to the delays caused by some of our vendors. We love our new kitchen and love showing off the great job Valex Construction did!”

”It took a long time to find Val and Konstantin to remodel our mid century kitchen and bathroom, but it was worth it. We saw Valex Construction on BuildZoom, but by coincidence neighbors down the street had hired them during the previous year. The neighbors were happy with the experience and we got a chance to see the work up close before we started. Our final product was just as good. This was our first time doing a remodel and they made it pretty painless. Even Val's estimate was clean and descriptive, which inspired confidence. They were good about talking us through the process and our numerous questions; offering suggestions when we didn't know what direction to take; and listening when we pushed back on certain plans (or when we asked for things that were in restrospect a little wild). They did their best to satisfy us while being efficient. They were prompt communicators at any time of day which was impressive. They're also just cool guys to work with. Their small crew was pretty effective. There were a couple of long delays due to a shipping problem on our end. We ended up overlapping with Valex's other projects and it threw off the original schedule. This drew the process out months longer than we'd expected, but I don't fault Valex for this. The end result was even better than we'd expected. Special shoutout to Oleg, the tile guy who painstakingly matched the sizes of two different tiles to make them look perfect together. We didn't even ask for that. I got the sense they all cared about delivering a final product that they could stand behind.”

”Valex did a great job throughout a fairly complicated kitchen remodel. They were communicative, clear, and helpful when issues arose. Though we ended up being delayed past our original completion date, that was largely due to causes outside of Val & the team's control; they stayed on budget, helped us make up our minds when we faced some unexpected design issues, and overall always felt like they had our best interests in mind. Highly, highly recommended if you're looking for a quality remodel.”

”Construction is never a fun or enjoyable experience but Valex certainly made it seamless. We had them remodel our kitchen this past September. They were communicative throughout the entire process. The attention to detail and impeccable workmanship is noticeable. I highly recommend them for all your home improvement projects. In fact we have had them do several other projects since kitchen wrap-up. **Additionally they took all Covid precautions.”
